Fold two pipe cleaners in half, insert one through the other, twist to secure, then fold the ends downward
Twist the center and sides to form a large petal, using about 5 cm for the petal length
Insert another pipe cleaner through the back of the petal, bring the ends together, and twist to lock it in place
