Quick Steps
- Clean two metal jar caps and coat them with primer or gesso
- Pour nail polish onto the surface of water and dip each cap into the design
- Let the caps dry completely
- Trace and cut felt circles to fit inside each cap, then glue them in place
- Cut a zipper to the correct length and glue it around the edge of one cap
- Attach the second cap to the other side of the zipper with hot glue
