Quick Steps

Cut one pant leg to your desired bag size, glue the bottom closed, then fold down the top edge
Cut strips from the other pant leg, join them, and fold the edges inward to create a strap
Glue the strap to the inside of the bag
Attach a small piece of Velcro inside for the closure
Cut out a back pocket and glue it onto the outside of the bag
Decorate the front with pom-poms, beads, charms, hair ties, or other embellishments
