Quick Steps
- Clean a glass jar or vase and paint the outside white, adding a second coat if needed
- Cut out your chosen napkin paper designs and remove the backing layer
- Apply Mod Podge to the vase or place the napkin design directly onto the surface

- Let everything dry completely
