Quick Steps

Cut a 4-inch circle from pink craft foam. Make 6 cuts from the edge toward the center (not all the way). Curve each section into petal shapes and curl slightly with an iron.
Fold a small piece of yellow craft foam, glue the edges, cut a thin fringe, then roll and glue.
Insert a skewer into the center and slide the petals underneath.
Glue petals together, wrap the stem with green foam, and add curled leaves to finish the tulip.
