How to Make Paper Tulips

Learn how to make paper tulips using crepe paper with this easy step-by-step tutorial. The pieces of paper are labeled with letters. See materials below for the measurements.

Take the A piece and fold it in half. Cut the top just as shown below. Open it and stretch the middle part of the paper.

Wrap the chocolate or candy in the crepe paper and tape it in place. Add hot glue to the end of the skewer, then insert it into the crepe paper. Twist the bottom part and glue it securely if needed.

Take one B piece. Gather the middle, twist, then fold it in half at the twist. Using your thumbs, gently stretch the middle part to create the petal. Repeat for the remaining pieces. Make 6.
