It can be hard to keep white clothes from staining from sweat if you sweat easily from a hot day or running around doing errands. Natural Cures on YouTube demonstrates how to remove yellow sweat stains from white clothes. It’s frustrating because I love white clothes, but they are hard to maintain if you don’t give them great care. White clothes have its pros and cons, but it gets dirtier a lot easier. So, if you have white clothes that are yellow and grimy, this hack will give an easy and economical tip to make them white and vibrant again. I always use OxiClean or Shout to spray down any stains before washing, but they are always sold out. So, this is a great alternative and it uses natural products.
Supplies:
- 1 tsp dishwashing liquid
- 3-4 tsp hydrogen peroxide (3%)
- 2 tbsp baking soda
- toothbrush, optional.
Directions:
First, mix all of the ingredients into a bowl and stir them well to form a paste-like texture. After that, apply the mixture to the stain and rub. You can use a small bristle brush or a toothbrush to apply.

Next, after a few minutes of applying the mixture, throw them into the washer and wash the clothes normally. There’s no need for bleach.

In conclusion, this mixture should work and it’s a great natural hack to revive your white clothes from the yellow sweat stains. Now with this hack, I can do this method and wash them all in one load. Normally, if it gets to the point where my white clothes are dirty and the stains won’t come off, I would throw them away. Sometimes it’s unfortunate when white clothes get dirty easier from sweating, but this is a nice trick to preserve them.
