Hennessy Pineapple Upside-Down Cake Recipe

When I found this Hennessy pineapple upside-down sheet cake by Stove Top Kisses, on YouTube, I had to make this for my Mom for her birthday surprise. My Mom loves pineapple also, so I planned a very small house celebration, with a 7Up punch, some pineapple roasted pork, and of course this delicious cake. I was so excited about the stunning appearance of this cake and the ingredients were all things I already had in the pantry, except for the fresh pineapple, and fresh cherries, which were in season, so they were extra fresh and delicious.

Ingredients For The Hennessy Pineapple Upside-Down Cake Recipe:

For The Cake:

• 3 cups of white sugar
• 5 eggs
• 1-16 ounce can pineapple
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 3 sticks of butter (softened, for the cake)

For The Upside-Down Butter:

• 2 sticks of melted butter
• 2 cups of brown sugar
• 3/4 cups of Hennessy (or your favorite liquor)
